NWSL Championship Game officials announced

The 2015 NWSL Championship Game between FC Kansas City and Seattle Reign on Thursday, October 1 will be refereed by Katja Koroleva.
The center official will be assisted at Providence Park in Portland by ARs Amanda Ross and Jennifer Garner, while Margaret Domka – the 2014 Championship Game referee – will be on fourth official duties.
The reserve assistant referee is Benjamin Wooten.

FC Kansas City booked their place in the Championship Game by defeating the Chicago Red Stars 3-0 at Toyota Park. Seattle Reign also won their semifinal 3-0, against Washington Spirit.
The Championship Game is Koroleva’s ninth NWSL assignment this season, and she has officiated both Kansas City and the Reign twice in that time.
The FIFA referee was in the middle for Seattle Reign versus FC Kansas City during NWSL week 11 at Moda Pitch at Memorial Stadium, when the home side won 2-1, and was fourth official for last year’s NWSL Championship Game.
