Week 20 overview
There were three Video Reviews during Week 20.
SD vs GFC: No goal (offside)
Outcome: After review, Gotham #23 [Midge Purce] was in an offside position when the ball was passed to her by Gotham #3 [Bruna Santos Nhaia]. Gotham #23 then interfered with play when she touched the ball prior to Gotham #9 [Esther González] scoring a goal.
The final decision was offside and an indirect free kick [to San Diego Wave].

PRO’s opinion: At the moment the ball was played to Purce (GFC), she was in an offside position. The referee was correct to disallow the goal for the offside offense after video review.
ORL vs BAY: No goal (attacker handball)
Outcome: Orlando #10 [Marta] committed an attacker handball offense in the process of scoring a goal.
The final decision was that the goal [for Orlando Pride] was disallowed. Play restarted with a direct free kick [to Bay FC].
Length of review: 3:14
PRO’s opinion: The ball hit Marta’s (ORL) left arm as she attempted to head the ball into the goal, shortly before she scored. The referee was correct to disallow the goal for an attacker handball after video review.
The final decision was offside and an indirect free kick [to Houston Dash].
