Outcome: After review, Kansas City #10 [Dániel Sallói] committed a punishable handball offense inside the penalty area.

PRO’s opinion: As Sallói (SKC) attempted to intercept Albert Rusnák’s (SEA) cross with his head, he missed the ball, and it hit his left arm, which was extended away from his body. The referee believed the ball had come off his shoulder and allowed play to continue. He correctly awarded a penalty kick after the video review.
