The crew for the 2025 MLS All-Star Game on Wednesday, July 23, has been announced. The showpiece game between MLS All-Stars and LIGA MX All-Stars will kick off at 9PM ET at Q2 Stadium.

Meet the crew:
Rosendo Mendoza
Takes charge of a second major showpiece game, having refereed the 2019 NWSL Championship final, the year in which he made his MLS debut. Was fourth official for the 2021 USL Championship final. Reached the milestone of 100 MLS regular-season games last month.
Jeremy Kieso
A member of the FIFA international panel since 2022, and the reserve assistant referee at the 2023 MLS Cup and 2023 Leagues Cup final, and an assistant referee at the 2019 USL Championship final. Has worked 172 MLS regular-season games since 2017.
Ryan Graves
Steps onto the field for a first major showpiece game, having been the reserve assistant referee at last year’s MLS All-Star game, as well as the 2023 Lamar Hunt U.S. Open Cup final. Was promoted to PRO’s senior match official group in 2021 and earned his FIFA badge in 2024.
Filip Dujic
Like Graves, the Canadian official joined the FIFA international panel last year. Has refereed 18 MLS regular-season games in 2025 and 60 in total since his debut in 2022.
Carol Anne Chenard
Retired Canadian referee who served the FIFA international panel between 2006 and 2020 and worked many international tournaments, most notably two FIFA Women’s World Cups in 2011 and 2015, and two Olympic Games in 2012 and 2016, before joining PRO as a VAR – this will be her first showpiece final with PRO.
Craig Lowry
The 2010 MLS Assistant Referee of the Year worked six MLS Cups and two MLS All-Star games as an assistant referee between 1999 and 2011. He returns 14 years later for his first in the video operations room, this time as AVAR.
Felisha Mariscal
Another regular on the international circuit, having been a FIFA official since 2014. Her career highlights include two FIFA Women’s World Cups in 2019 and 2023. Has officiated more than 130 MLS regular-season games as an assistant referee.
