2023 USL League One Final crew confirmed
The crew for the 2023 USL League One Final on Sunday, November 5, has been announced. The showpiece game between North Carolina FC and Charlotte Independence will kick off at 5PM ET at WakeMed Soccer Park.

Meet the crew:
Sergii Demianchuk
A USL Championship regular, working 17 games as a referee in that competition in 2023. Has also officiated in NWSL, USL League One, and MLS NEXT Pro, plus 10 regular-season games as fourth official in MLS this year. Refereed the MLS NEXT Pro Eastern Conference Final between Columbus Crew 2 and TFC II in October 2022.
Matthew Rodman
Rodman has mainly seen action in the USL Championship and NWSL this year. Was the reserve assistant referee for this year’s NWSL Challenge Cup final between North Carolina Courage and Racing Louisville in September, also played at WakeMed Soccer Park.
Joe Suchoski
Will be assistant referee for the USL League One Final for a second time after being AR2 last year when South Georgia Tormenta beat Chattanooga Red Wolves. Has officiated 20 regular-season games across all the leagues PRO2 supports, with more than half coming in the USL Championship.
Jeremy Scheer
Has also taken charge of 20 games across NWSL, USL Championship, USL League One, and MLS NEXT Pro in 2023, plus received a further seven assignments as fourth official in MLS this year.
Bennett Savage
Was assistant referee for the USL Championship Western Conference Final between San Antonio and Colorado Springs Switchbacks in 2022. Has predominantly been used in the USL Championship this year, as well as NWSL and MLS NEXT Pro.
