2025 MLS Cup crew confirmed

The crew for the 2025 MLS Cup on Saturday, December 6, has been announced. The showpiece game between Inter Miami and Vancouver Whitecaps will kick off at 2:30PM ET at Chase Stadium.

Meet the crew:


Drew Fischer
The two-time MLS Referee of the Year will oversee his first MLS Cup on Saturday, having been VAR in 2020 and 2022. Refereed MLS All-Star in 2019, having been fourth official six years earlier. A member of the FIFA international panel since 2015, he refereed at the 2025 FIFA Club World Cup this summer and has officiated more than 200 regular-season MLS games since his debut in 2012.

Cory Richardson

Assigned to his first MLS Cup in 2020 as a reserve assistant referee alongside Fischer, he was AVAR a year later and now takes to the field for the first time in MLS Cup, having also been an assistant referee for the 2021 MLS All-Star Game, the 2019 USL Championship and 2017 NWSL Championship. Won MLS Assistant Referee of the Year for the second time this season, having first claimed the accolade in 2021. Made his MLS debut in 2018 and was promoted to the FIFA international panel four years later.

Nick Uranga
A FIFA Assistant Referee since 2020, he has officiated more than 185 MLS regular-season games since making his debut a decade ago. Was an assistant referee for the USL Championship final in 2016 and 2021, as well as the 2016 NWSL Championship and 2019 Lamar Hunt U.S. Open Cup final.

Pierre-Luc Lauziere
Worked 20 MLS regular-season games as referee this year to take his career tally to 77, with a further 46 as a fourth official. A member of the FIFA international panel since 2021, he was referee for the 2022 Canadian Championship, served as fourth official for the 2023 Leagues Cup final, and will now officiate his first domestic final in the United States.

Carol Anne Chenard
Retired Canadian referee who served the FIFA international panel between 2006 and 2020 and worked many international tournaments, most notably two FIFA Women’s World Cups in 2011 and 2015, and two Olympic Games in 2012 and 2016, before joining PRO as a VAR – worked her first showpiece final with PRO in the summer as VAR at MLS All-Star.

Tom Supple
Officiated nearly 150 MLS regular-season games as an assistant referee in MLS between 1999 and 2010, before returning as an AVAR eight years later. Has since completed 233 games in the video operations room. Works his second MLS Cup after being AVAR in 2018.

Jeremy Kieso
Was assistant referee at 2025 MLS All-Star, with Chenard, and the reserve assistant referee for MLS Cup two years ago. Was also reserve assistant referee at the 2023 Leagues Cup final with Lauziere and worked 2019 USL Championship final with Richardson. Appointed to the FIFA international panel in 2022, having made his MLS debut six years before.
