2023 NWSL Challenge Cup Final crew confirmed
The crew for the 2023 NWSL Challenge Cup Final on Saturday, September 9, has been announced. The showpiece game between North Carolina Courage and Racing Louisville will kick off at 12:30PM ET at WakeMed Soccer Park.

Meet the crew:
Alexandra Billeter
Joined the FIFA panel this year and worked the 2023 SheBelieves Cup in February. Has overseen 11 games this season across NWSL, USL Championship, USL League One, and MLS NEXT Pro, and has four fourth official assignments in MLS this year. Refereed the 2022 NWSL playoff semifinal between OL Reign and Kansas City Current and was the fourth official for the 2022 USL League One Final.
Tiffini Turpin
This will be Turpin’s 20th assignment of the season across NWSL, USL Championship, and MLS NEXT Pro. Like Billeter, joined FIFA panel this year, worked at the SheBelieves Cup, and was AR1 for NWSL playoff semifinal between OL Reign and Kansas City Current last year, too.
Seth Barton
Has 21 games to his name so far this year in the NWSL and USL Championship, with 13 of those being in the USL Championship regular-season.
Brad Jensen
Refereed USL League One playoff semifinal between Richmond Kickers and Chattanooga Red Wolves last year and worked NWSL playoff semifinal with Billeter and Turpin. This year has seen Jensen referee in NWSL, USL Championship, and MLS NEXT Pro while also working as a fourth official in MLS and MLS NEXT Pro.
Carol Anne Chenard
Experienced FIFA video match official who has just returned from the 2023 FIFA Women’s World Cup, where she received 11 assignments, including being the standby VAR for the Women’s World Cup final. Has worked in MLS and NWSL this season.
Kaili Terry
Another regular in the VOR for MLS and NWSL games, with 25 AVAR assignments across both competitions in 2023.
Matthew Rodman
He has predominately been used in the USL Championship this season but has eight NWSL assignments and three MLS NEXT Pro games to his name in 2023.
