What Happened: A shot by Paul Arriola (DC) from just outside the New York Red Bulls penalty area was blocked by Sean Nealis (RBNY). The referee allowed play to continue.

PRO’s Opinion: The ball had been blocked by the left arm of Nealis, which was extended away from his body in a position which was making him unnaturally bigger. A caution for Nealis was also correct for the offense of stopping a promising attack by handball.
